On March 1, 2012, Family Eye Care adopted new national health care standards aimed at standardizing patient data, and providing our patients with greater control over their personal health records. As such, Family Eye Care of O’Fallon has implemented a new paperless electronic health management system. With the new system you will find subtle changes to our exam process and office.

Electronic Health Records (EHR) allow us to be current on government mandates and health care requirements.  It also allows us to securely share your data with you and your other health care providers.  Thus reducing waste, duplication and time.

You can also access your Electronic Health Record online.  Simply use the login credentials you were provided at the conclusion of your last visit, or stop by our office and we can provide you the information in-person.
