A personal note from Dr. Kelli Cadion-Crago
It is with truly mixed emotions that I write to share some personal news: I will be leaving Family EyeCare of O’Fallon and moving to Owasso, Oklahoma, to be closer to my extended family and help care for my parents.
For 23 wonderful years, it has been an immense privilege and a pleasure to be a part of this community and to serve as your eye doctor. This is a bittersweet time for me; Over the last two decades, I’ve watched your families grow, shared in your milestones, and been honored to care for your vision.
As many of you know, “family” isn’t just in our name – it is the heart of everything we do here – and I want to assure you that your continued eye care is in the most capable hands. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Holly Regel, Dr. Jessica Weis, and Dr. David Ernst, who will continue to provide you with the exceptional care you deserve.
I have been truly blessed to have served you, your family, and this community. Thank you for the trust you have placed in me over the past two decades.
I would love to stay connected! I am active on Facebook and would be delighted to connect with you there.
With heartfelt gratitude and warm regards,
Kelli Cadion-Crago, OD
