The professional staff of Family Eye Care are dedicated to providing you with a comfortable experience and the highest quality eye care.

In addition to the below individual responsibilities, all of our Optical and Optometric Technicians gladly assist with frame selection and adjustments. And you may also encounter any one of our Family Eye Care team members when calling into our office.

Meet Our Professional Staff

Angela

Front Desk Manager

Angela has been a member of the Family Eye Care team since 2012 and is our Front Desk Manager.

Angie brings to Family Eye Care 34 years of optometry office experience.

Angie also has the following patient-focused responsibilities:

Preliminary Testing including Vitals, AutoRefractor, NCT/ORA and OPTOS imaging
Contact lens instruction
Frame selection and adjustment
Doctor and Staff scheduling

Linda M.

Back Office Manager

Linda has been a member of the Family Eye Care team since 2001 and is our Back Office Manager.

Linda has the following patient-focused responsibilities

Medical insurance billing & accuracy
Accounts Receivable, accounts payable, and payroll

Brixanna

Patient Care Coordinator

Brix has been a member of the Family Eye Care team since 2017 and is one of our Patient Care Coordinators.

Brix brings over 5 years of optical experience to Family Eye Care.

Brix also has the following patient-focused responsibilities:

Patient welcome and check-in
Coordination of patient flow
Oversees the doctor schedules to ensure timeliness with each patient
Manages intake of new and existing patient referrals

Jennifer

Patient Care Coordinator

Jennifer has been a member of the Family Eye Care team since 2021 and is one of our Patient Care Coordinators.

Jennifer also has the following patient-focused responsibilities:

Patient welcome and check-in
Coordination of patient flow
Oversees the doctor schedules to ensure timeliness with each patient

Sally

Frame Specialist

Sally has been a member of the Family Eye Care team since 2011. Sally is our in-house Frame Guru with an outstanding ability to pick just the right frame for every face!

Sally bring 38 years of optometry practice experience to Family Eye Care.

Sally has the following patient-focused responsibilities:

Frame inventory management
Frame selection
Frame adjustment and repair
Vision insurance specialist

Sharon

Frame Specialist

Sharon has been a member of the Family Eye Care team since 2017.

Sharon is American Board of Opticians (ABO) certified and brings 35 years of optometry practice experience to Family Eye Care.

Sharon’s patient-focused responsibilities include:

Patient preliminary testing including vitals, health history review, OPTOS, Auto Refractor, and NCT
Special testing including visual field and OCT
Contact lens instruction
Frame selection and adjustment

Therese

Optical Technician

Terese has been a member of the Family Eye Care team since 2016. Terese is one of our Optical Technicians with the following patient-focused responsibilities:

Patient record maintenance including medical and insurance benefit updates
Contact lens instruction
Frame selection and adjustment

Kim

Optical Technician

Kim has been a member of the Family Eye Care team since 2018. Kim is an Air Force Veteran and one of our Optometric Technicians with the following patient-focused responsibilities:

Patient preliminary testing including vitals, health history review, OPTOS, Auto Refractor, and NCT
Special testing including visual field and OCT
Contact lens instruction

Ellie joined the Family Eye Care team in 2022 and is responsible for:
